Te Arawa Iwi Oranga Hai Ipukarea
It means…Te Arawa, healthy Iwi, repository of knowledge
This programme has been designed to challenge Taiohi physically and mentally through Te Arawa specific training methods and Atuatanga. Encouraging Taiohi to engage with Atua to obtain optimal health and wellbeing through that connection. Taiohi range from 14-18 and are of all fitness levels.
